What is pharmacovigilance?

The activity dealing with detecting, assessing and understanding adverse events that a patient may develop while using a medication.

What is an adverse event?

Any unwanted manifestation that manifests during treatment with a medication or medical specialty, not necessarily having a causal relation with the treatment being given.

We are committed to the health and wellbeing of our patients.

That is why, if you or a next of kin are undergoing treatment with any of our medications, and have developed an adverse event or some other condition you deem reportable, you can do so by filling out the next form.
